Reach out via my contact form to ensure I have your date available. This starts the conversation of planning of your wedding photography and how I can best document your love story. I create custom proposals for my couples in order to attend to your unique wedding goals and photography vision. I am also happy to schedule a call to get to know each other and talk over the specifics.
*If you book an engagement session, we then will select a date and I can help find the perfect location to go with your desired "vibe". I highly recommend engagement sessions to become accustomed to each other so that we already feel comfortable come wedding day. It's also nice to be familiar with my shooting style and have time to give me feedback before the wedding. I have a engagement session guide you can access here.
Once you’ve signed and paid the retainer, your date is officially booked! I have a couple of questionnaires I send to get to know you better and to learn more about the specifics of your wedding day. (This communication may also be between your planner.) I am happy to consult on everything from timeline to choosing shoes or flowers and everything in between. One month before, the balance is paid, we finalize the timeline, and complete your family and detail shot lists to ensure everything is organized and ready so that my team and I can be thorough, efficient, and take care of everything - which will allow you to relax, be present, and enjoy your guests.
Your wedding day is over but you can relive those moments last through imagery. I try to send a teaser of a few images within a couple of days and your full gallery will be in your inbox in 6-8 weeks. Your online gallery allows you to view, share, download, and order prints. If an album or prints are included in your purchase, we will start the design process to get your heirloom products to you as quickly as possible.
It’s go time! My team and I are early and prepared and guide you both through your perfect day. We stay by your side and capture the spontaneous moments as well as directing posed shots in the perfect light so that we can deliver a photo narrative that's emotive, warm and artful and represents not only the look, but the feel and essence of your wedding day.

I try to have an abundance mindset and prefer to present my pricing to couples in a way that doesn't focus on hourly coverage but on overall needs and the size of the wedding. I want to be there for ALL of the moments that are important to you and I NEVER want my couples to feel rushed or that they have to choose what to go without because of budget.
Rather than plan down to the minute/hour, I would love to work together to organize the day based on what is important to you. Included in the price is coverage of all of your special events by me and another photographer that I hire. Together, the other photographer and I cover multiple angles or even different things happening at the same time. Although I am a very, very conscious photographer and have multiple forms of backup for your precious moments, I consider a second photographer a form of "insurance" as well.

In the unlikely event that I become sick during the wedding, or something happens, you can rest easy knowing there is someone else there so not a single moment is missed.
I guarantee a minimum of 80 photos per hour coverage but I always give lots and lots of photos. I can't imagine one of my couples feeling like there aren't "enough" photos from their day. If anything, the number I provide is overwhelming!
The end product is a way for you to easily revisit memories from this special time in your lives that will live on as your legacy. The gallery is delivered online with a store curated with products I think you'll love such as high quality albums, framed prints, and even memory boxes. If an album or prints are included in your package, we will start the design process to get your heirloom products to you as quickly as possible.
